  Project manager and professionally licensed civil engineer with 20 years of experience on water resource projects relating to dam rehabilitation, stream restoration, stormwater management, wetland mitigation, site development, highway transportation, and airport projects. For these projects, I have been responsible for client engagement, proposal development, overall technical direction, deliverable quality, schedule, budget, and construction engineering services. I am passionate about hydrologic & hydraulics as well as environmental restoration, and have had a career focused on dam rehabilitation, stream restoration, natural channel design, H&H analysis, wetland mitigation, flood studies, watershed assessments, dam break analyses, emergency action plans, stormwater analyses, and environmental permits. I am well-versed in the latest hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, Hydraflow Hydrographs as well as AutoCAD and eBuilder. I have had the honor and opportunity to work for many clients over the course of my career 19 year career at Michael Baker International and have an in-depth experience working as a consultant with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
