  I successfully lead my team to execute the Improve Crop Storage (ICS) project. We trained about 200 farmers in Modobi local government of Kano state on usage of an innovative ICS sack to preserve farm produce as a panacea to harmful and dangerous pesticides-the root cause of the recurring "killer beans" outbreaks.

Monitoring plan, support program management to integrate MEL data into program planning. Coordinate project reporting and update project PSR Quarterly.I conduct training for 10 LCTs on the use of mobile data collection tool.Troubleshoot CommCare applications and carryout data quality checks.Also, I manage 10 LCTs across 3 northern Nigeria states (Kano, Jigawa and Kaduna) up to final reporting to ensure quality. Operating in seven Young Africa Works countries, the program collaborates with umbrella organizations for persons with disabilities and entrepreneurship hubs. Through a dedicated team of Disability Inclusion Advisors and Facilitators, who have personal experience with disabilities, the program enhances the capacity of these organizations and incorporates disability considerations into their programs. Additionally, the program offers targeted skills development and entrepreneurship support to facilitate the successful transition of young women and men with disabilities into the workforce.
