      I successfully lead my team to execute the Improve Crop Storage (ICS) project. We trained about 200 farmers in Modobi local government of Kano state on usage of an innovative ICS sack to preserve farm produce as a panacea to harmful and dangerous pesticides-the root cause of the recurring "killer beans" outbreaks.

      As a MEL officer with TehcnoServe Nigeria, under the Business Women Connect (BWC) project. I lead the development of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System against work plan and logframe. Monitoring plan, support program management to integrate MEL data into program planning. Coordinate project reporting and update project PSR Quarterly.I conduct training for 10 LCTs on the use of mobile data collection tool.Troubleshoot CommCare applications and carryout data quality checks.Also, I manage 10 LCTs across 3 northern Nigeria states (Kano, Jigawa and Kaduna) up to final reporting to ensure quality. Share analyses and trends with project team member to help synchronize project decision-making processes with MELresults.Furthermore, I develop 2 success stories, ToR for Lesson learn,video documentary and endline evaluation.Support recruitment of Consultants. Additionally, the program offers targeted skills development and entrepreneurship support to facilitate the successful transition of young women and men with disabilities into the workforce.
