    Accomplished results-oriented Mechanical Engineer with proven record over 14+ years of experience in operations, maintenance and managerial of a wide range of Earth moving construction Equipment's, Heavy Vehicles, Mining and Mobile plant machineries are successfully manages all functions within the PMV departments – Service Section concerned with the production, budget, cost, and distribution of fleet & services (used in Roads/Highway & Flyovers, Metro Rail, Ports, High Rise, Commercial & Industrial Buildings, Airport Terminals, Oil & Gas Projects). Comfortable working with people of all levels and having an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes, having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.
