      Firstly, I was hired as the Operation Supports Manager for Scan Tech Production Co., Ltd. (September 1996 – April 1998), then, in February 1998, the company was transitioning and completely merged with the STC Group in April 1998. The new Joint Venture company merged from 2 exisiting companies (Sweden & Denmark) and 2 new investors (British & Thai) and changed to stc SCAN TECH (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. supporting by Board of Investment of Thailand because this is the first Manufacturing of Construction Heavy Machinery for exporting.The main responsibility is to control all the functions of accounting and finance units as well as administration, human resources and purchasing. Liaise with government office such as Industry Bureau (for factory registration), Revenue Office (for taxation), Board Of Investment Bureau (for custom benefits), Labor Office (for social security & labor law compliances) and Ministry of Commerce (for Export-Import related).       I have joined CARE International in Pakistan (CIP) as the Director, Finance and Administration for the Empowering Pakistan-Jobs Project (EPJ) recently in June 2009 after waiting for USAID approval since my position has been considered (by USAID) as "Key Personnel" and must have the prior approval from USAID (Substantial Involvement for this Cooperative Agreement). This project is one of the 5 project under the same program called "Empowering Pakistan" which was initiated by USAID. This enormous and important program has been awarded after the visiting of President Obama in Pakistan recently.
