   Responsible for new products process’ program evaluation, making new products flow chart & PFMEA and taking part in the new cutters decision etc. Communicating with customers, listening customers’ voice; Coordinating of internal staff to handle customer complaints; analysising&dealing until meet to customer’s needs. Knowing the APQP、PPAP、PFEMA etc. Automotive industry tools to develop and manage the entire project. Maintaining good relations with customers; knowing customer’s need about products; Organizing firm internal resource to improve products quality and decrease cost. Coordinating resource to make handle sample parts, DV verification. Following the customer assembling and feedback all the question abut our parts. Coordinating QE to do products QC; MSA, SPC etc... With the purchasing and production department to decide suppliers, and with SQE to complete suppliers’ parts PPAP verification. Following internal making processes, verifying the cutters, fixtures, tools and layout that have planed. Pushing tool engineer to make designs and products, OTS parts process development. Leading team to prepare PPAP papers, Insuring meet customer needs. After three months, responsible for project release to other relational department.
