      - Lead Participatory Action Research (PAR) and community engagement activities-- collect data, analyse data, facilitate communities and stakeholders to reflect and revision of community action plan and AAS program and document key lessons learned from program implementation.- Project leader of the WISH pond project-- Pilot test a small scale aquaculture research of raising catfish in cement tanks plus home-gardens based in Stung Treng province.- livelihood specialist, Stung Treng Ramsar Site in Cambodia-- Integrating Fisheries Management and wetlands conservation-- support community fisheries organizations in stung treng to manage fish fish conservation deep pools in stung treng ramsar site. Collect and analyse data on impacts of small scale fisheries/local livelihoods through updates of social safeguards in order to mitigate the potential negative impacts on the poorest and vulnerable groups among the local communities around deep pools conservation. Results from social safeguards have been communicating with Development Agencies, NGOs and provincial departments working in the Stung Treng Ramsar site on appropriate processes and options for livelihoods enhancement. Engage local fishers at project’s target areas to record their own catch on the voluntary basis as they are on fishing trip so that the records can be used to assess if their effort in fish protection yield any tangible outcome.- project staff, SIDA funded Wetlands Alliance- building capacity of local change agents for wetlands management and poverty reduction. Provide backstopping to CEPA, FiA, Stung Treng Provincial FIAC in Cambodia as well as 5 NGOs in Myanmar to develop and implement their plans and to communicate with regional partners and other local partners in five Lower Mekong countries of the program.- Advisor, Vulnerability Reduction Assessment in Stung Treng Province funded by UNDP--Climate Change based Adaptation (CBA) program.
