  Sales Executive

  As a sales executive my roles included but weren’t limited to the following,- Communicating and delegating between buyer and supplier.- Handling and controlling stock take- Organising sales visits- Demonstrating and presenting products- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings- Reviewing sales performance - Establishing new business- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales- Gathering market and customer information- Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders- Attending team meetings and share best practices with colleagues - Responding to incoming emails and phones call enquiriesWhilst working at M Brittain, I learnt very quickly how to sell steel to customers and how to engage customers into conversations which would lead me to making sales.I learnt how to give a sales pitch as well as interacting with suppliers and going to meetings where I would close deals which included either selling steel or importing in steel for the right price for the company.I started of as a sales administrator and was soon promoted within the sales team giving me my job title as a sales representative whilst working as a sales representative I soon got promoted once again into a sales executive.
