      Responsible for scheduling of office patients, surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, admitting patients to hospital and any other scheduling necessary. Responsible for coding of all procedures and visits done at the hospital for billing purposes. On call for emergency surgery. Prepare all insturments, supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedures. Assist and pass instruments to the surgeon. Secure all personal equipment and transport it to the next hospital for use. Assist Dr. Baker in seeing patients in the office, and any procedures done in the office. Conduct patient screening, acquire insurance approval for procedures, phone in prescriptions, phone in lab results, xray results, orders for physical therapy, diagnostic studies and admisions.
