  UniSports was a start-up that aggregated health clubs and achieved 80% penetration in the city, with over 70 partners. Our mobile app provided customers with access to a wide range of health and sports centers. With our pay-as-you-go model, customers no longer had to worry about subscription expirations, which enabled them to train at their own pace and location of choice. We achieved over 100 paid returning customers.The COVID pandemic forced us to shut down the business.   On average, it takes 8 months to build a telecom base station, with only 8 days dedicated to actual field work. The remaining time is spent on bureaucratic processes. Our objective is to digitize and automate these non-value adding tasks, enhancing the time-to-market for network modernization, especially 5G rollout.We developed MVP and launched within 4 months and grew adoption 30% quarterly (among weekly active users).
