This information is used to develop ministerial speaking notes, authority-seeking documents, content for internal and public-facing websites and ministerial correspondence. Policy Analysts plays a vital advisory role in how the department of Education and Early Childhood Learning programs are designed and delivered, specializing in researching and evaluating complex issues, developing pilot programs/projects, communicating possible solutions, evaluating program and policy effectiveness and recommending policy actions relating to the Canada-Wide ELCC Agreement.
