  The work is based on Structural and Civil drafting for Commercial and residential structures.We use AutoCAD 2009 and Revit Structures 2009.I lead a team of 12 drafts people in the Melbourne Southbank office and oversee the drafting standards in Melbourne and Darwin branches.I had two junior draftsmen whom I mentored and trained. The rest is made up of intermediate, senior and contract draftsman.

This was a very hands on role as well as having to set up templates and families to suit the company requirement. Work includes high rise apartments, hotels and residential buildings using modular construction.
