      In this role, I have enjoyed the privilege of training new staff of all ages and supervising for many of the locations in The Pancake Parlour chain. Motivating, coaching and supporting a large team of colleagues from various backgrounds, I also had the task of maintaining wages, overseeing the operational functions of a busy restaurant and determining staff break & shift times. After 7 years, my position at The Pancake Parlour was more of a hobby! It provided me with another avenue to enjoy my passion for customer service, and allowed me to work & also have an incredible amount of fun along-side a large dynamic team in a bustling environment!
