      Started with P&G as a Customer Service Representative and was able to move several times into lateral roles learning shipment and pool planning, brand management, new company integration, replenishment ordering and leadership skills as a Regional Leadership Team member.

      Created replenishment orders for turn goods for Kmart, using Lucas Bear replenishment software and Access data base tools. Also placed promo and seasonal demand orders. Was accountable for keeping no more than 8 days of turn stock and Safety Stock. Additionally, I set up EDI maps using Sterling software (mainly the 855 and 852 transaction sets)

      I managed 4 teams with a total of 5 people; the Order Entry, Customer Master Data Base, EDI and Pricing Teams. As a manager of people and processes my priority is to coach and develop my people as well as improve business processes that impact my teams, creating efficiencies for the company. To date I have worked with multiple departments to automate the EDI order flow in the order management system, convert order entry to utilize available upload programs and create a historical database to document EDI rules by customer. Prior to that I spent the majority of my time working with a project team, responsible for integrating several new companies into the Wilton OMS, WMS and EDI systems, which we completed with incredible speed. The diverse team environment and project leads made this quite successful. The daily core work consists of working directly with internal and external customers, collecting their business and technical requirements, and then working with Wilton's IT project lead to design, test and implement the best overall solution. As a management staff member I am also accountable for meeting corporate objectives and have made many small to moderate changes over the years where we have gained new efficiencies by eliminating redundant tasks, added Mass Update Tools, reduced paper usage by changing to exception-based emailed reports, and reduced system storage space by streamlining the customer database.
