  As the Director of Learning and Development, my job was to stand up a learning organization where none had existed previously. I conducted a company-wide training needs analysis, completed a framework for addressing the most pressing needs, and worked with executive leadership to gain buy-in for the plan to create a learning ecosystem within PainTEQ. We selected and implemented a new learning management system, updated and revamped the onboarding process for Clinical and Commercial staff, and built out a large sales process training. All of these items encompassed the foundation of PainTEQ University, or PTU.I also implemented Predictive Index and trained managers on how to leverage the people data generated by the system to more effectively lead people and teams.Finally, I worked to elevate the leadership skills of the Commercial team by facilitating Situational Leadership and acting as a leadership mentor within the organization.
