I conducted a company-wide training needs analysis, completed a framework for addressing the most pressing needs, and worked with executive leadership to gain buy-in for the plan to create a learning ecosystem within PainTEQ. We selected and implemented a new learning management system, updated and revamped the onboarding process for Clinical and Commercial staff, and built out a large sales process training.
