In my time as Shift Supervisor I oversaw the administration of customer satisfaction and developed spreadsheets and charts for tracking both mystery shopper reports and online customer satisfaction surveys. In addition, I also, along with my peer management team, oversaw the implementation and transition of the online ordering system in the Devonport store. In this position I also gained the ability to identify skills and attributes in the recruitment process. As a customer service team member my strongest achievement was maintaining an average of 98% customer satisfaction which was observed through mystery shopper checks, this was achieved over eight individual checks.
