While working towards my degree I was full time employee and a full time student. Therefore, I had to attend night courses. Although my schedule had limited time for a greater involvement in school activities, I had the opportunity to collaborate with all the group projects. The exchange of ideas, the assigned readings, the challenging assignments, the group projects, were all tools that provided me with an opportunity to sharpen my skills and to develop my critical thinking orientation. Finally, since I was working full time, there was no greater satisfaction than to be able to apply what I learned right there and then. Many times I found myself stressed and asking myself if it was worth the effort, but it all would change the next day when I would face a situation at work that would ask me to apply my recently acquired skills.
