      Job description :-- Ensure that all over all preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance works are carried out. (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil, etc.)- Making the PPM planning for our systems and follow up its execution.- Routinely inspect all contracted service with the contracted companies (Mitsubishi for escalators and elevators & Dorma for sliding doors & Dalla for chillers & Oras for gas network) to ensure the performance measures are being maintained.- Assess tenants and occupants’ needs and complaints and ensure that their problems are being solved and ensure that customer is satisfy. - Follow up my teams works.- Review the MEP drawing for the new shops to approve it.- Assist in the inspection for the shops under construction with the tenant coordinator.- Provide the requirements of the shops under construction (utilities).- Supervise the engineering projects inside the mall (Wet wall project for chillers, changing lighting to LED, Etc.)- Follow up the attendance of the technicians and their personal actions (vacations & clearance and the other requirements) with the HR. (in case of my manager in vacation as coverage )- Manage the maintenance petty cash to cover the mall requirements for maintenance team, and prepare invoices, price offers and try to control costs and expenses to face our priorities. - Make the purchasing requests (PR) in dynamics system and follow it until material be supplied to our side.- Analysis the quotations and BOQ that related to the maintenance in the mall.- Coverage in any emergency breakdown works in the mall any time. - Participate in mall’s improvement in the maintenance side (planning to put standby plane in case of failure in any system).
