  Hands-on experience in employment services, such as the Youth Job Connection (YJC) program. That provides young people with adequate employment skills development and work experience. Continually assisting the Youth Job Specialist during intakes, job placement, mentorship, facilitation, documentation and follow ups. This is done by observing, conducting intakes, writing case notes, and ensuring all documentation required for client's files is properly completed. I'm also responsible for tracking expenditures for the program in collaboration with the Data Integrity Team to ensure accuracy.
