Also providing a range of training such as 1:2:1 support, interview skills, CV writing, confidence building and support in applying for jobs.In this role he worked closely with colleagues across the Social Impact Team and the wider business to ensure successful delivery of programmes and help our customers recognise their potential and flourish.       As a Health Systems Trainer Maui contributed to the delivery and rollout of UCLH's most ambitious Go-Live project. The EHRS (Electronic Health Record System) has helped UCLH transition to a digitally enabled organisation that supports the delivery of efficient and effective patient care, achieved through easy-to-use systems that provide staff and patients with access to the right information, in the right place, at the right time.

      • Co-created Air New Zealand’s Agile Academy by managing relationships with Scrum.org accredited trainers, and successfully producing 46 accredited agile coaches to date• Coached the agile mindset using modern agile values and principles. Adapted my approach with different stakeholders ranging from Leadership Squad (Exec), Tribe Leads, Chapter Leads, Product Owners and Squad Members• Trained scrum and kanban tools to measure user story burn down, velocity, and to drive performance• Worked with agile coaches and stakeholders to develop roadmaps to understand and plan work strategically, foster conversation, with the purpose of reducing risk• Fostered agile behaviours in squad ceremonies to help build trust and working relationships, increase psychological safety and allow healthy conflict to be resolved• Communicated Quarterly Business Review (QBR) guidance to tribe and squads by facilitating Small room and Big room planning. Helped squads co-create quarterly objectives and key results to drive customer and business value• Gave continuous feedback in 1x1s and squad ceremonies to promote a culture of accountability and transparency• Supported the development of Air New Zealand’s Agile Playbook and delivery to enterprise bootcamps and induction training Voir moins Responsibilities:• Successfully launched the first national qualification for cargo at Air New Zealand: New Zealand Certificate in Aviation (Ground Handling) with a focus on Air Cargo – Level 3• Leveraged instructional design principals to create and develop e-learning programmes that engaged and improved learner competency, and built capability with alignment to business and regulatory requirements in an aviation environment• Created and delivered training modules across cargo operations and airport environments; cargo SOPs, plant equipment modules, data entry into the Cargo Management System as well as procedural change management• Implemented adult learning principals when creating workshops and training materials to ensure success factors • Trained and coached safety culture with knowledge responsibilities in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation, including participating in incident investigations and promoting a just culture• Collaborated with all levels of stakeholders in developing the safety standards of the Operations Team and assisting with the Air New Zealand internal reporting system (Korusafe) as well as providing important safety communications back to the business• Evaluated training and development needs for operational staff to ensure learning programmes are relevant and aligned to the training and capability matrix for international cargo terminals across New Zealand• Managed curriculum databases and completed required documentation to record relevant training information, meet audit standards and enabled accurate reporting kept in the Learning Management System: SumTotal Voir moins
