  After parting from Xerox Portugal as an employee, I was invited to work as Consultant in Xerox India Business Partner - Graphics India - delivering Sales Training to new income Salespersons while providing on-th-job training to the future local Sales Trainer.After that India assignment - that lasted four months - and back in Portugal, I was invited to keep delivering Sales training to Xerox Portugal, year after year, until earning the opportunity to materialize an Outsourcing Training Agreement with Xerox Portuguese Company.
