  My tasks as project manager and executive assistant are:1. Coordination of the activities in the countries of intervention: Senegal (since 2009), Madagascar (since 2009), Myanmar (since 2010), Guinea (since 2013) and Benin (since 2021).a) Development projects- Supervision of the implementation and adaptation of intervention strategies by country,- Selection and planning of development programs (duration: 4 years),- Drafting of final program proposals (around 10 a year / CHF 1'250'000.-),- Follow-up of the implementation of the programs in the field,- Writing of final reports (impact, sustainability, financial statement),- Follow-up and evaluation of the impact in the long term (around 40 days a year).b) Coordination teams- Support to current activities - Financial monitoring and control- Human resources management (25 local collaborators)- Evaluation of the coordination teams- Training of coordination teams2. Management support- Participation in strategic decision-making in the context of ISO 9001-14001- CV analysis and conduct of job interviews- Policy and strategy consulting- Implementation of innovative processes (evaluation grid for projects and coordination teams, minimal standards for the implementation of the projects, Protection Policy against the Abuse of Power, …)- Mentoring of new employees (project management, accompanying camps, website)3.
