      All Solutions Pest Control was a great opportunity for me to grow and develop my skills.I was able to work both as a Sales Representative and a Technician. Each role was very different and helped me learn different skills.As a sales representative, I learn to communicate with potential clients and overcome objections to make the sale. It was important to find the needs of the clients and be able to sell to those needs.As a Technician, I learned to maintain a relationship with customers. We must make quick decisions during those times to prioritize what can be done at the moment and what we must wait to have fixed.COVID-19 has moved us online. My job position changed in many different facets. I have been given the opportunity to work on many different projects in my position.       The BYU Marketing Association is the official club of the marketing program at BYU. In this role, I have learned a lot about creating and maintaining relationships with corporate sponsors. First, I was a director of weekly events on campus. We would bring in companies and help students learn valuable marketing skills. We were able to increase attendance by 30% by strategically inviting a companies to come and targeting the right group of students.Currently, as the Vice President of Events/Engagement, we do everything from recruit students to join the club in planning massive events of 200+ students.
