  • As a product manager of Loan Syndications desk: Designed and developed various applications to cater to the loan lifecycle: Developed an innovative approach to structure REIT Loan Syndication deals that has resulted in the conversion of a manual spreadsheet approach to an innovative real-time digital dashboard of market intelligence which has significantly improved the quality and accuracy of decision-making in pricing term loans and revolver credit facilities. • As program lead of Swap Dealer Registration of Capital One National Association, managed complex regulatory requirements for commodity, foreign-exchange and interest-rate derivatives desk in reporting various trade lifecycle events to Swap Dealer Repositories(ICE, DTCC) and their archival process to WORM-compliant document repository. This role required me to develop comprehensive test scripts, manage defects triaging, and serve as a linchpin between Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. • Conducted empathy interviews and developed customer surveys: the insights were captured holistically in user-stories with rock-solid acceptance criteria. • Led the shift of product design culture from output-based mindset to outcomes-focused mindset and data-driven decision making process using Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology: This has helped in gaining in alignment about ‘purpose’ and ‘direction’ of data-driven product roadmaps with business key-stakeholders and agile teams. • Developed Production Support Strategy taking into account the product and customer maturity: This has significantly simplified the end-user to interface with agile team members to troubleshoot issues effectively.
