  Job Responsibilities:Develop standard and custom designs for all stencil apertures to make sure the best printing efficiency.Develop all SMT carriers for the best efficient SMT processesDevelop operation sequences and processes in the manufacturing of PCAs, which includes machine operations and programming.Responsible for continuous improvement through efficiency improvements, different tooling, improvement through internal/external defect analysis.Implement corrective action in the program, process or production of product.Creation of written procedures / visual aides for all PCA’s.Develop and implement Corrective Actions to the SMT processes as required, to improve/assure product quality.Troubleshoot as necessary and escalate to appropriate internal or external resources.Write operating instructions and work instructions for x-ray and re-work.Develop qualification procedures and processes for new equipment or suppliers that are to be introduced into mainstream manufacturing.Other duties as necessary to ensure meeting company goals and objectives.IPC 610 or J-STD-001 certified Show less
