In my role, I successfully:- Piloted a district COVID testing program (one of the first in the state) and developed strategies to make it acknowledged in state-wide collaborative learning spaces as an “exemplary equity-based program.”- Ensured timely testing for 2,500+ employees and 18,000+ students.- Curated data sets, delivered monthly presentations, and fostered collaborative learning spaces with district, community, and state partners.- Partnered to acquire and manage $1.4M in Department of Health grants, redirecting funds to alternative learning and student support programs.- Built and supervised a team of 18 employees for district-wide pandemic response.- Designed a streamlined, time-sensitive reporting process for 3,000+ COVID cases and 110 outbreaks.- Orchestrated 44 vaccine clinics, administering 3,500+ immunizations to local community members.
