Responsible for optimizing IBM's financial and business performance in the CEE Market, across all IBM's product and service portfolio in 29 countries. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the product and country sales Finance and Accounting teams to ensure we are closing the books with integrity and delivering our business plan. I am a key member of the Market leadership team and provide innovative analysis and develop plans and recommendations to achieve optimal results. I am responsible for establishing new financial and business processes, and transforming existing processes, across IBM to support this exciting and high-growth segment of IBM's business. These systems incorporate products and services content from virtually all of IBM's businesses. I am the Division Financial Controller for the Application and Integration Middleware (A&IM) software division in IBM's Software Group.
