      Master's degree Human Resources Management and Services Pass

      Activities and Societies: CIPD I studied human resource management at university where I worked to pass. I studied modules including;learning and development, resilient HRM in context, leadership and management, leadership and business, human resource planning. I also conducted research for my dissertation on how HR can support new parents at management level in companies. The research wanted to find out whether new parents had the same support regardless of their gender.

      I started university in 2010 doing foundation degree in Travel and tourism management that lasted two year. In 2012 I did my BA in tourism management which I worked hard towards 2:2. I have recently returned October 2016 to do my masters in Human Resource management which I am finding interesting.
