      Security Patch Management Lead

      Responsible for managing Telstra’s fleet wide patching program by co-ordinating an offshore team of 12 indirect resources to ensure that critical security OS, database and middleware vulnerabilities are remediated across 14,000 servers on a yearly basis. This also included the remediation of zero day vulnerabilities, monthly patching of critical and high vulnerabilities for Microsoft servers, quarterly patching of Linux internet accessible devices and ensure end of life servers are patched to terminal release and flagged for upgrading. Through the development of strong pre and post patching checks we were able to ensure there were no outages to Telstra systems during these remediation activities. Show less
