      Listing Responsibilities - set up files for new listings, schedule photo shoot, send out all listing paperwork for signatures and submit for compliance, enter all listings in MLS, post on website and social media. Create and order brochures, send out email blast, set up showing rules and notifications, send clients links to their home and communicate with clients throughout the listing period.Contracts - make sure all documents have signatures and initials, send contract docs to title company and all other parties. Set up critical dates for contract and make sure deadlines are met. Get information from clients, create amendments, schedule closings, and submit contract for broker compliance. Manage status changes and close out properties with correct information.Office Manager - handle all phone calls to the main office number, set up listing appointments, define and save home searches for potential buyers, maintain database of clients, notarize documents when needed, set up mailings, create marketing pieces, respond to emails and manage email for the team.
