Our clients were primarily in the food and beverage industry and included a well established local quick-service restaurant and smoothie bar chain as well as the biggest nationwide chain of coffee shops with over 100 stores. I also mange the delivery of the construction projects from the appointment of the Contractor through the delivery of Practical Completion, Certificate of Final Payment and the Project’s Defect Liability Period and all handover of the project to the on-site property management team.As client-side APM, I am responsible for managing the Principal’s responsibilities under the Contract for Construction and monitor the on-site progress of the project to ensure that the building is being constructed in a timely manner and meets all plan specifications as approved by the Owner in the Contract Documents.
