      BFA Case Competition 2020 AimCo Apr 2020 This finance case required us to complete a company valuation for Maple Leaf Foods. In response to Covid, our team had to submit the presentation in video format. Judged by a team from AimCo, we were awarded second place.

      RMBS Case Competition Big Brothers & Big Sisters’ Club Feb 2020 In this year’s Rocky Mountain Business Seminar, I had the pleasure to work on a live case presented by the non-profit club Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Issues surrounding volunteer recruitment and retention were discussed in our groups’ implementation plan. We envisioned strategies revolving around cross-cultural understanding and its’ impact in the non-profit sector.

      Dean’s Competition Joseph Doucet Dec 2019 Had the pleasure to compete in the Alberta School of Business’ Dean’s Competition 2019. Our group came together and had the chance to develop our entrepreneurial plan with the assistant of coaches, and gained further insight into consulting strategies.Our first place placement existed only with the support of peers from all faculties and avenues.
