Senior Leadership Team member. Facilitator on the NCSL Middle Leadership Development Programme. Taught English from Key Stage 3 to A Level. Appointed as Combined Cadet Force contingent commander and trainee teacher. Qualified as a teacher in July 2007 and became full-time English teacher and Year 7 form tutor while retaining command of the CCF. Revived a flagging voluntary contingent on the brink of closure to become a thriving, over-strength one within two years. Promoted to the school's Senior Management Group.
