Making recommendations to deal with security weaknesses. Ensuring that all security personnel are well trained for their jobs. Ensuring that regular evacuation drills are conducted. Implementing and monitoring security plans. Allocating security resources to duty points. Ensuring that all security policies and procedures are adhered to properly and correctly at all times and by all employees. Handle subordinates as sensitive and unique individuals. Counsel and motivate staff. Conduct staff selection process and intern training. Conduct performance appraisals. Inspect the activities of the Shift supervisors and Guards and instil discipline throughout the ranks. Attend to court proceedings. Report all required information to Guarding Director. Weekly meetings with Senior Area/Site supervisor. Bi-weekly site visit (day and night). Constant risk assessment analysis must be done as the environment on site is ever changing. Spot check vehicles and ensure they are compliant. Labour stats to be completed. Delegating duties to Site Security Manager and Senior Site/Area Supervisor. Show less
