  I founded a charity-based initiative that inspires and gives confidence to young women interested in programming. The aim of the initiative is to teach and empower these women to develop their skills and start their careers in tech.From 2020 to 2022, we taught fully remote bootcamps. Starting in 2023, we hosted our first in-person bootcamp. With funding from the UN Development Programme, we were able to teach 20 women over a 6-month period. After the success of our initial in-person bootcamp, we secured additional funding from the US Embassy in Baghdad. We are now teaching over 22 women in web programming and business.We are continuing to deliver in-person classes while actively seeking additional funding opportunities from local and international organisations to keep building strong curricula and delivering impactful in-person classes across Iraq.
