  Talent Aquisition Intern

  A 10 week internship in Human Resources in the Talent Acquisition space, supporting the recruiting functions of both the Audit and Technology branches of the bank. Day to day responsibilities included screening resumes, having initial interviews with candidates, communicating with the hiring managers of the positions, laying out next steps for candidates being considered, and conducting offer calls. Simultaneously, I worked on the intern capstone project with the seven other strong women in my cohort and presented to an accomplished group of HR executives and professionals in the bank! Show less
