  Implemented SAP Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO) system in the US and Asia for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) project including collaborative demand and supply planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and replenishment. Also demonstrated a 10% forecast accuracy improvement and a 1.6% gross margin improvement after project delivery. Enabled executives and the finance departments to have a comprehensive view of planning, sales orders, revenue recognition, billing, and collections. Additionally, improved inventory management and reduced tax rate (25%) by implementing Multi Service Order (MSO) and tax-efficient supply chain in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Enhanced daily input and output planning by linking demand forecast, capacity planning, SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP), priorities, and business strategy. Also made input and output plan agile and lean-based on the Theory Of Constraints (TOC). Innovated Customer Value Management (CVM) programs, such as Statistical Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Voice Of Customer (VOC), Certified Employee System, and Intelligent Forecast. This work transformed customer complaints into compliments. Contributed significantly to corporate revenue and profit ($1.1M per month) through effective contract management, demand planning, quantitative forecast analysis, inventory management, and WIP control. Also managed end-to-end supply chain for IBM, Cypress Semiconductor, Atmel, Fairchild Semiconductor, and National Semiconductor. Executed change management for SAP ERP project successfully in the Korean factories. Additionally, investigated post go-live issue of Philippine factories, performed qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, provided risk response strategy to the chairman, and stabilized the Philippine factories in one month.
