  With over a decade of experience in risk and compliance, I am a lead for PwC’s global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) offering, specializing in building and scaling effective second-line risk and control functions for large organizations. My background includes developing, scaling and managing risk and assurance functions across the three lines.In first line - I help organizations establish foundational risk identification and mitigation processes. My expertise spans critical areas like policy and procedure development, tech and data center risk, ESG, risk appetite setting, and building Key Risk and Performance Indicators (KRIs/KPIs) along with insightful dashboards.In second line - my focus includes ERM and strengthening risk and control frameworks that provide resilience and operational readiness. I work closely with Chief Risk Officers (CROs), heads of risk, Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), and legal leaders to design risk management programs that align with organizational goals and risk appetites.
