My Role in 2nd line is to look at the more complicated calls that 1st Line are unable to resolve and provide the end user with updates on the progress, we offer support to over 3000 users working on either windows or Citrix, Citrix is used by a large percentage of our users making it a big part of my role, we are also in charge of all software installations whether that be main stream products or bspoke.
