  • About me

    As a Scrum Master at ThinkWise Consulting, I leverage my extensive experience and certification in Agile methodologies to deliver successful IT projects. I facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and use tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Power BI to track and analyze project progress and performance. I also coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on the adoption and implementation of Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Before joining ThinkWise Consulting, I was the CEO and co-founder of THE PULSE FARM, a technology startup that brought innovation into agriculture. I led the company to achieve a 10 million turnover within 6 months and expanded it into 4 states. I was recognized as the First Women Drone Entrepreneur by the Central Govt of India, and featured in the Top 30 Under 30 list. I have a Master of Technology degree in Structural Engineering from Andhra University, where I received a gold medal for academic excellence. I also completed an entrepreneurship program at IB HUBS STARTUP SCHOOL, where I honed my skills in business administration and management. I am passionate about creating impactful solutions that enhance the quality of life and the environment.
