Managed 34 Soldiers and directly supervised 5 subordinate leaders to ensure operability of the only Upper-Tier Air Defense missile system in Korea.Overhauled the accountability system for a portfolio of $23 million worth of Air Defense equipment.

  In this role I managed the identification of training requirements, created and distributed operation orders, and tracked reportable metrics for an Air Defense Battalion of 600 Soldiers.Served as the primary Battalion liaison with US Air Force and US Marine joint partners.Lead planning and resourcing efforts for a joint training event that spanned three military installations and included the deployment of a 370 million dollar Patriot radar and supporting equipment.
