Responsible for development and launch of a new cooperative product extension, executing a key vendor contract for the organization’s primary product line, and managing efficiencies and annual expenditures within a multi-million dollar cost center. Supervise teams responsible for maximizing profit while accommodating customers’ desired, but often conflicting, promotion schedules within the ~$600M cooperative insert product. Collaborate with sales and legal counsel for significant customer contract and promotion conflict (category exclusivity) negotiations. Responsible for managing customer reservations and orders in honor of contractual category exclusivity agreements. Responsible for processing reservations, orders and changes for $463M cooperative insert product.
