  Worked on the Gyan-Setu (Connecting Through Knowledge Exchange) Initiative of Jnana Prabodhini.It is an initiative by the Educational Activity Research Centre (EARC) of Jnana Prabodhini (JP) conducting hands-on science workshops at schools in the remote and underdeveloped parts of India.Conducted 6 days science workshop for middle school children in the remote areas of Arunachal Pradesh.

  Leading the Development Impact Bond (DIB) Project under Aspirational Bharat Collaborative in the 11 blocks of Aurangabad district to improve the learning outcomes of over 66000 students in 175 demonstration schools and 1900non-demonstration schools through the Theory of Change (Building Middle Managers Capacity, Strengthening Governance Mechanism & Constructive Community Actions).Collaboratively working with Block Education Officer, District Education Officer, District Program Officer (SSA) & District Planning Officer (NITI Nodal) to improve Students Learning Outcomes.Organized district level 4 Capacity Building Workshop for 55 Master Trainers focussing on enhancing their leadership skills.This aimed to empower them with the capabilities to implement block level strategies for 175 demo schools & 1900 non-demo schools.Conducted 18 cluster level HM Workshops to leverage the best practices and interventions around the indicators from 52 demo schools to 650 Non-demo schools.Worked in collaboration with PTEC, DIET, ICDS, Shiksha Sewak, and teachers to facilitate sessions, benefiting over 1200 participants. The focus was on utilizing the Google Read Along App to elevate literacy levels effectively.Established and successfully led HM, Language & Maths teachers Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to provide them with adult learning platforms to share & adopt the best practices around the School Processes & FLN initiatives.Successfully established BPMU (Block Programming Monitoring Units) with BEO and Middle Managers to create a forum for monitoring and strengthening the governance mechanism at block level. Strengthened governance by collaborating and converging government departments and schemes for effective implementation, benefiting the last-mile beneficiaries.Collaboratively worked with Block Education Officer, District Education Officer, District Program Officer (SSA) & District Planning Officer to improve Students Learning Outcomes.Effectively developed individual & organizational goals to collaborate with hyperlocal NGOs, PRIs, Media, SHGs, Youths and Faith Leaders to catalyze behavior change at scale and speed and ensure sustainability.Established 36 demo school with focused approach on benchmark indicators like Functional Library, BaLA, Bal Sansad,Science Labs, etc.,Successfully piloted Early Childhood Development Program to develop the 100 demo AWCs in 4 blocks to improve accessibility to ECE and excel on 4 corner activities.Facilitated 150+ Sessions on Read Along Application, Guru Goshti (Block Level), CHAHAK Module (Block Level). Monitored & evaluated the CHAHAK Module (Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) at district & block level.Demonstrated innovative ideas to bridge the gap between School and Community at district level. Show less Worked with 5 Head teachers on school leadership & 31 subject teachers on capacity building in 5 government schools to improve the foundational literacy & numeracy of the 1012 students.Led a team of 12 volunteers to run "Moholla Classes" (Community Classes) during Covid-19 & also conducted capacity building sessions for volunteers in 5 communities to increase the Student Learning Outcome of 1012 students.Established functional Bal Sansad, Assembly & Library at 4 School out of 5 schools with the help of school staff.Facilitated workshop on the Gandhi Fellowship Program during the NSS Camp of R.D. Shah of Arts & P.D. Shah of Commerce College, Dholka.Analysed the students assessment data from V_App, Reader & Non-Reader data, ASER tool, question papers with the help of 3 peers to make the Endline Assessment Strategy.Facilitated capacity building workshops on Covid-19, Child Sexual Abuse, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Misconceptions in Maths in 5 schools with teachers & students.
