In addition, every quarter created an exam schedule for final exams for primary and secondary, which included room assignments, and proctors for each grade and subject. • Assisted in the recruitment and hiring of the international staff for the following school year by reviewing applications, holding interviews, and making hiring decisions with other administrators. Following the hiring decision was the point of contact for the new staff providing guidance and support before the teachers arrived in country.
