Jul 2012 - Jun 2014• Negotiated cultural and communication differences by serving as the liaison between 20 international staff members and the school administration. Assisted with logistical issues, including power outages, lack of supplies, and crisis management.• Managed the daily pre-school, primary, and secondary school schedules, which consisted of 13 different grade levels and over 30 different staff members. In addition, every quarter created an exam schedule for final exams for primary and secondary, which included room assignments, and proctors for each grade and subject. • Assisted in the recruitment and hiring of the international staff for the following school year by reviewing applications, holding interviews, and making hiring decisions with other administrators.
