  I ensured the whole subtitling process for the Festival Les Écrans de Chine produced by Écrans des Mondes Association. It relies on benevoles and independant organisations to release compelling documentaries and short films.It aims to: - Protect and promote ethnical minorities, civic rights and gender equality- Denounce political, social and economic critical issues for our time- Create an influence in Europe and in the Chinese diaspora I managed a multilingual team, ensured translation quality and delived the final product by respecting deadlines.I transcribed Chinese spoken language into writing.I cross-culturally adapted, localised and translated Chinese subtitles into English and French.I subtitled and spotted Chinese documentaries and short films into English and French using Subtitle Workshop and Aegisub.I ensured quality control: proofread the subtitles, checked the cultural references and adaptation into the target language, verified the timecode accuracy.
