Responsibilities and Duties:- Responsible for Consultancy and Management of stations, depot and Car Park.- Reviewing the method of statements, work procedures and field change requests submitted by the contractor.- Leading the site inspectors to supervise the construction activities.- Coordinate with Engineering Departments such as Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Rail and Supplier/Manufacturer as well.- Installation and Test and Commissioning for the main distribution board (MDB), sub-main distribution board (SMDB), distribution board (DB), Lighting control Panels (LCP) and Motor control center (MCC) panels.- Attending the Factory Test for all Distribution board.- Installation and Test/Commissioning for Lighting and Small Power and External lighting systems, Earthing /Lightning Protection Systems and Fire Alarm and FM200 Systems.- Carry Point to Point test, function test and Mode test for Environmental Control System (ECS) and reviewing all the installation of the wires and devices.- Test and Review the cause and effect matrix with mechanical shutdown and make test for all scenario modes. - Testing the Earthing/lightning protection systems which include the installation of the wires, Earth Rod installation, Resistivity test and the function test.- Review all the Documents submittals, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, voltage drop calculation, Discrimination study, Short circuit and As-Built drawings for approval.   - Airfield & Infrastructure for aircraft stands & electrical package substations in Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport.- Installation and Test/Commissioning of Storm Pump Stations with different pump ratings.- Installation and Test/Commissioning electrical Runway Substations with interlock system between substations.- Upgrading of MV loops at DXB.- Installation and Test Commissioning for Power Factor Correction System, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Dynamic Uninterruptible Power Supply (DUPS), Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), MCC’s & ATS in Electrical runway substations & package substation. - Installation and Test/Commissioning of Air Field Light System (AFL) in Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airports.- Factory Acceptance Test for all Distribution boards, MCC’s, Capacitor Bank, UPS, Generator and RMU’s.- Review and approve the shop drawings, documents submittals, material submittals, method of statement, discrimination study, Short Circuit Calculation, As-Built drawings, closeout Documents & System Handover for the above activities in accordance with site construction and the work deviations of the contractor for the satisfactory corrective actions.- Technical reviews for all electrical services of the projects including but not limited to low voltage (LV) distribution, lighting and power, MCC, UPS installation, road and area lighting, lightning protection, building management, water feature landscape and, irrigation system.- Ensure that the quality of materials used in construction, quality of all equipment’s installed and the workmanship are in accordance with standards and approved technical specifications. - Work as delegate to Senior Electrical Engineer for decision-making and overall electrical-related work activities.- Support SCADA, Mechanical & ELV team for any work-related activities for each department.
