  At Apps-O-Rama I was tasked with creating and balancing game content across several of our applications for users. I worked largely with Excel to balance multivariate calculations that affected the user experience, and also communicated directly with community members to enhance the experience of the games that I worked on. I also collaborated with management to analyze our current platforms and target audiences to create new applications and expand existing ones.

  At Clever Ducks I worked in Tier 1 Help Desk, answering phones and documenting issues for a diverse base of clients. I scheduled on-site visits and performed escalations of tickets as necessary.   API Programming Intern

  Though hired on as an API programming intern I had several areas of responsibility across many projects. One of my primary responsibilities was administrating our company's ticket management suite which had me work closely with several business units including User Support, Network Systems Administration, Facilities Management, and Applications Support. I collaborated with many of these groups and others on projects where I report directly to the Process Quality Manager of our branch.My API programming experience was all self directed through this position, where I developed several POCs and implemented one larger project where I assisted a new service offering in launching their support tool.   Business Analyst Intern

  At Cisco I was assigned to the Country Enablement Large Scale Services team which handled the 4+ year project of upgrading the globally deployed Oracle ERP system to the latest release. I was tasked with creating and implementing a data model to capture the inputs of multiple stakeholder teams, updating and developing dashboards that reported on Change Management metrics, as well as testing new software for Business Intelligence application. I was also involved in a joint effort between Payroll and Human Resources where I co-lead an initiative to align support teams with a consistent global service model and further equip Tier 1 support personnel for enterprise operations.
