This typically involved meeting vendors to resolve equipment issues, prioritising production engineering support, and hands on tool repair. I am familiar with the health and safety requirements for complex tools which require toxic chemicals (in both liquid and gaseous form), high voltages (750,000 keV) and high current sources (250A).Zarlink went through many organisational changes. My rigour and flexibility ensured that systems and people continued to perform to a high standard.
