  Internship under the guidance of Prof. (Dr. ) Ehesan Ali. Learnt and read many things about Spintronics. Worked alongwith the PhD team. Worked in Linux environment and did mini projects in Python. Used Chemical simulation softwares including Avogadro, Orca and VESTA. Read many Research papers published by their Lab which helped me understand Spin movement of electrons in Single molecules used as electronic components.

  VLSI Fabrication Project Trainee at Semiconductor Laboratory

  In the VLSI Fabrication Division of SCL, Mohali, I was given my project inthe work field of the Ion Implantation area which is actually a method ofdoping the semiconductor wafer. My whole period there was overseen bythe Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’ Sh. M Karthick who was assigned to me as mymentor and helped me gain all the concepts regarding Fabrication of silicon based 8" technology CMOS (180 nm) and 6" MEMS technology.Project title: “To Study the Effect on Sheet Resistance with Varying Sacrificial Oxide Thickness and Implant Species in Ion Implantation”.
