   Control finance operations including monthly financial reporting to the Group, finance control of statutory accounting, tax and cash. Develop and implement the financial procedures & ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with group guidelines and external auditing requirements. Control management financial reporting duties, such as monthly, quarterly, yearly finance reports, activity reports, expense reports, gap analysis (variances between actual and budget) and all other reports as and when requested by the management and Headquarters.  Manage Cash Flow  Monitor and control Accounts Receivables / AR, Accounts Payables / AP and invoicing, control credit risk Control completeness and accuracy of the data inputs into local accounting system (Navision) Maintain and manage the data inputs into SAP system based on group requirements in line with required deadlines Compile and complete statutory financial statements and reports to Government organizations and auditory bodies as well as Headquarters in time. Responsible for the annual statutory audit as per local requirements Coordinate with businesses to develop and monitor the financial planning and budgeting, ensuring commitment to the strategic vision of the company and the delivery of financial targets Communicate with businesses on financial requirements and understand business situation to provide better services to meet the business needs Provide coaching to finance staff to increase the level of work accuracy and productivity Show less
