  Joined British Red Cross’s first initiative to tackle institutional and systematic racism.Developed a talent pool for more than a hundred ethnic minority staff in the Refugee Services and Restoring Family Links team to promote diversity in senior management and accessibility of career progression.Commissioned internal surveys and focus groups to understand staff and user experience of race-related prejudice at the British Red Cross.Produced resource packs for ethnic minority volunteers looking to secure positions within the organisation.Organised the Anti-Racism Conference inviting speakers, screening relevant media, and opening debate forums.Took initiative to contact the International Team for additional training about Disaster Management, Cash Aid, Community Engagement and Accountability.
